I am writing to you to communicate exciting news about our company.
Earlier today, we announced that CPK successfully completed its financial restructuring and emerged from Chapter 11, well-positioned for long-term growth. As part of our financial restructuring, CPK emerges with reduced debt, stronger lease agreements, and additional exit financing, providing the capital to support CPK’s business and build on the company’s current positive momentum.
We are a healthier company as a result of this process and we look forward to this next chapter of growth for CPK.
I want to emphasize a few key points about today’s news:
- CPK is open for business. Take out, delivery, third party, and select dining room and patio locations are ready to serve you in compliance with local, state, and federal COVID-19 guidelines.
- Your gift cards and CPK Rewards® points are still valid. There is no impact to either program.
- Questions about partner contracts or payment should be directed to our restructuring hotline at (877) 459-3810 (US/Canada Toll Free) or (347) 817-4088 (International Toll).
- Earlier this year, CPK closed some restaurants in the United States due to the impact of the COVID-19 and lease related challenges with our landlords. We have no plans to close any additional CPK restaurants.
We appreciate your support and look forward to delivering the same innovative, California-inspired cuisine we’ve been serving for over 35 years at a restaurant near you.
